We decided to try out the Sunday lunch at The Bunk Inn, Curridge when visiting our friend who lives near Newbury. Our table was nicely positioned in the restaurant. We were well looked after throughout the meal, and the food was superb. My roast beef was very nicely presented, and tasted excellent. The roast potatoes were good, as were the vegetables. Mik and I had dessert – also excellent. A Top Rated Sunday lunch at The Bunk Inn, suitable to everyone!

Resident of Paradise Row, Bethnal Green
We were looking for a Sunday lunch in East London, specifically Bethnal Green. Resident at Paradise Row seemed to fit the bill. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they served gluten free Yorkshire puddings! Overall though, not one for young families – more suited to 20-30 somethings without kids.

Paradise by Way of Kensal Green in Brent was somewhere we were really looking forward to having a Sunday lunch. The venue was very eclectic in decoration, with bird cages and books around the place. The roast lamb and roast beef were excellent but unfortunately the chicken was a bit of a let down.
Overall, come here for a special dinner during the week, or even on a Saturday, but we felt the Sunday lunch wasn’t good value.

The Kentish Hare is situated in a pretty village called Bidborough near Royal Tunbridge Wells. We booked a table for 3, including our toddler. The chicken parfait starter was nice, the Sunday roasts were exceptional, including cauliflower cheese! Our desserts were equally delicious. Overall, a superb venue and somewhere worth travelling to!

e had been recommended the Sunday lunch at The George and Dragon in Chipstead by a number of people so I was excited when I managed to get a table one Sunday. The village of Chipstead was beautiful, and the venue certainly fitted in. The food was superb, fresh and very tasty. A large garden out back and a children’s play area makes it especially suitable to families.
Overall, a top rated Sunday lunch at The George and Dragon in Chipstead.
